There is an ice buildup between the freezer and fridge where the two coil wires go through in the fridge side . I have replaced evap cover with the two new fans. The fan that cools fridge works fine. The other fan does not This fan is mounted on the fridge side of the opening between the Freezer and fridge. There is no voltage output at plug. I have confirmed fan is good. Time for new motherboard?
