The controls are locked (dimly lit control locked indicator and the unit will not respond or turn on) and I have tried resetting with no luck. I have done some on line research and believe that I need to replace a board but I am unclear as to which one. Is it the Electronic Control Board (part #8558753), the User Interface Board (part #8558754) or the Circuit Board?

Hello, Thanks for asking you question here. I will assist you. This is a fairly common issue on these units. Try unplugging the machine for 30 minutes. Sometimes it will reset the unit. If that does not work, try holding the "Control Lock" button in for 5 seconds. Finally if that fails to unlock the control, the user interface board will need to be replaced. That's the 8558754. it should be #19 in the parts breakdown. Refrigerator Repair Portland

Thank you for the information. Is this a difficult part to replace for a DIY'r? I found instructions on how to replace for the Duet Washer but not the Dryer. You're very welcome. On a scale of 1-10 it's a 5? It's pretty straight forward. If you are handy, you can make this repair yourself. It's basically the same procedure to replace the board on the washer and dryer. Appliance Repair Portland
