Hi all, My Whirlpool ED25PEXHW01 side by side refrigerator stops working. I tried to unplug and plug the power, but nothing runs except the light. No fan running. I tried replacing the defrost timer as the video Whirlpool 482493 Refrigerator Defrost Timer Kit - AppliancePartsPros.comI set the configuration to version 2 like the video suggested. But the refrigerator still doesn't come up. But I hear clicking sound when I adjusted the refrigerator temperature on/off. Any suggestion what may be the problem with the fridge? Thank you very much. John

Check the compressor in the back, it should be vibrating. Also, check the condensing fan motor.

You wired something wrong at the timer.

Thank you richappy. I wired to Version 2 (pin 1) like the defrost timer video because the refrigerator in the video looks just like mine. What was I supposed to wire the defrost timer to for my fridge model ED25PEXHW01 side by side refrigerator? I don't understand the schematics... Thanks,

Could be a connector came loose behind the control panel.
