Kenmore Refrigerator was unplugged to paint kitchen and hasn't worked since being plugged back in--zero fridge or freezer cooling. Light comes on, on/off switch works, compressor fan works, no clicking noises, compressor not heating up. Cleaned coils. Searching through videos/forum seems to point to start relay or overload but don't know how to check for sure or if I'm even on the right track.
