Had a bad "oil smell" that was diagnosed to a burned out evaporator heater. It was fried. Repair technician said it created a hole in the evaporator coil, so he replaced heater, evaporator, evaoprator fan, heater thermostat, and the refrigerator timer. $700 later, unit started, but freezer (evaporator then the adjcent cabinet) frosts up. No air circulation, fridge top shelf gets warm.

Technicicn gave up. Hired new technician. He tested coolant - fine, adn said new timer was bad. Replaced timer. Same response.

Need dignostic help on why unit continues to frost up.

Ice door flap working. Seal on door appears fine. Drain working.
