I am attempting to replace the outer door panel and need instruction on how to remove the door from the hinges and how to disassemble the door frame. Is there a Service Manual available for this model?

You can easily remove door from hinges with flat-head screwdriver and a hammer. Simply wedge a screwdriver head under the head of the hinge pin, and gently tap the screwdriver's handle with a hammer to push the pin up and out of the hing. https://www.youtube.com/user/ventisaustralia
