We have a Frigidaire Washer/Dryer Laundry Center. Model # fgx831fs3.
Here is the issue as I see it:
When the washer is on a fill cycle, as it's filling, it's also leaking directly out of the bottom so that the drain pan under the machine just gets absolutely flooded with water.
Then, the drain pan doesn't actually drain and I end up with a pool of water.
This leads me to believe I have two distinct problems:
1) A leak somewhere that is causing the machine to overflow into the drain pan.
2) A clog in the drain pan's drain, which is preventing it from actually draining, and creating a pool of stagnant water underneath the washing machine.
I know all of -zero- about washing machine repair, so I have no idea what could be causing the water overflow into the drain pan in the first place.
Any thoughts on either of those things?

This machine does not have a drain pan as sit is not supposed to have any water coming out of it.
I suggest you take off the front panel on the washer section and watch it while it is operating. It may be that the leak is in the internal drain hose, something easy for you to fix. It may be that it is the center seal that is leaking in which case you will probably need a repair person.
