Was running fine previously. Went to start new load. Dryer motor won't start. Heat start and time counts down but the dryer does not tumble. Motor is not making any sound

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

That you get heat without the motor turning is a concern.
You will see a centrifugal switch on the motor. It closes when the motor gets close to operating speed and completes the circuit to the heating coil. So if the motor is off there should be no heat.

Could be that the heater has grounded and blown the thermal cut-off.
Unplug the unit.
Check across the thermal cut off in the motor circuit, should be 0 ohms.

Unplug both wires at the heating element.
Measure the heating element, should be around 11 ohms.
Then check from each side of the element to the case, both should be infinite ohms.
If not the element is grounded and should be repalced.
