Hello, replaced the blower fan no problem, after reassemble noticed the door switch reversed, it starts when the door is open and shuts off when closed. Purchased a new switch from you and it still does the same thing what am I missing? thanks!:)

Sounds like you wired it wrong.

The single connector end should be C (common) and goes to power.
On the double connector end.
One is NC (normally closed), this should go to the drum light.
The other is NO (normally open), this goes to the motor.

I am on the road and do not have access to a lot of info so cannot give you wire colors.

Hi thanks for your help, in replacing the blower cage I did not remove any wires to the door switch, it was left intact.

Since I am on the road I cannot get you the wiring diagram which is what you need.

I can tell you that the motor has a centrifugal switch on it which activates when the motor gets close to operating speed.
It disconnects the motor's start winding which would over heat the motor if left on.
It also provides an alternate/parallel circuit path around the start switch, this keeps the unit running when you release the start button.
