We have a Bosch Nexxt washer (basic model). It is suddenly not draining. I put it on spin mode but the clothes were still soaked after the 9 minute cycle. I did that again. Clothes still soaked. Finally I did a 'drain' mode. The machine made a low humming/grinding sort of noise that did not sound good. I then attempted to run it through a short cycle. Now the door won't open and the drain and spin mode don't work. My husband checked the drain hose, but that didn't help.
Suggestions??
