there is 220 power at wall socket & power to inside connections why would everything shutdown? is it a fuse,or did somthing else burn out.

Your dryer has thermal safety devices, which are like electrical fuses, that blow when too much heat builds up.

Here are some pics which should show you how to get to them. Use a meter to test them for continuity, and clean out all the lint in your dryer and internal and external vents while you are at it.
