Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/4/2014(UTC) Posts: 2		clothes washer...Maytag Newton 2 belt top loading washer model LAT9706AAE, serial #25208027WH...in process of replacing stem seal and tub bearing...cannot get nut off from stem seal...using spanner wrench TB123A, not doing any good...I'm aware of plmber thread/clockwise motion to unseal nut...have used quite a bit of liquid wrench etc to no avail...as last resort, can it be cut off with dremel tool or similar???...any suggestions...
