Hi there,

1. The hot water hose of our Maytag Atlantis washer burst. I want to replace it but don't know how to open the back. I searched the web but couldn't find a manual for our unit. Can someone here give me directions?

2. I tried to use the washer with the cold/cold setting, thinking it should work, but when I started it, water comes out of the hot water hose...
is that normal?
Perhaps this is what caused the hose to burst - water that came into the hot water faucet from the washer... Am I making any sense?
