The dw starts and I can hear water filling but then it just clicks and nothing happens it seems to go through the cycle and then it drains ok but the arms are not spinning with water. This dw was installed less than a week ago, this is the first time we started it since we moved in. What could be causing this problem?

Here are your parts
Parts for WDF110PABB3 - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

If the unit is new then I would get it fixed under warranty.

You could check that the connector at the wash motor is OK.

The wiring diagram does show a fuse for the wash motor but it says that it is optional so I do not know if your unit has one.
