I have a KitchenAid #KDRP707RSS01 electric convection range that will not heat up to the desired temp. Example: I set it to preheat in bake mode to 400 and it only achieves 325-350 tops and it takes a long time to get there. However when I use the "autosteam" mode, the top element comes on and glows red just fine to hit 400 but won't stay constant. Convection fan is working but not sure if convection heat is working fine (have not tested that yet).
