Washer was moved from one house to another, upon trying it at the new house it would agitate or spin. Figured it was the belt took the back off and the belt has broke. Attempting to put the new belt on it was noticed that drum would not spin. Not sure where to go on this one, thought the belt would be the simple solution.

if it was professionally moved the unit may have the shipping bolts in place. some models will secure the pulley for transport.
