Over the past 4-5 months we've been dealing with a water leak coming from the bottom/center of the dishwasher dripping down from the motor. This is not a door leak. I placed a drip pan underneath, but when the washer injects water it sprays everywhere! Sometimes quite a bit of water comes out to fill the pan, so we've gone to hand washing while I research what the issue could be.

At this time I'd rather not spend the $400+ for a new washer, so I'd like to try to fix it. My suspicion is that it is some sort of seal, perhaps someone has dealt with this issue before and could recommend the repair parts? I'm pretty handy with taking things apart and have done my fair share of plumbing repair, but have never tackled a dishwasher before :-)
