I replaced my drain pump afterwards. It started clattering/rattling sounds like it is missing a connection somewhere. Only when agitating during the wash and rinse cycle. No noise during spin. When I open the lid and move the drum the noise will stop for a small amount of time but proceeds again.
I replaced The belt but that didn't help the problem.
Any suggestions? I took an audio recording of the noise if anyone wants me to send it to help diagnose.

you need to determine were the noise is coming from to narrow it down. touch the pump(or use a screw driver) to feel if noise is from there, then motor.... a rattle can be from anything that moves

Thanks no kidding a person would have to locate the sound of the rattle. Why do you think I posted trying to get ideas where to look. Some people are not smart. Don't waste people's time with obvious remarks.
I would tell people what the problem ended up being but no one would appreciate it. So pay a repair man.
