My food in frig is freezing. The defrost fan is running, the freezer is set on warmest temp and so is the frig set on warmest temp, I have cleaned all dust from coils. Any ideas

Check for frost on the back freezer panel. If frost, remove frost and post the freezer and fridg temperatures.

The freezer is -20 the frig is 20 I turned off the freeze and freeze with the temp controls and it still runs temps remainder the same with the temps control set to off. I unplugged the frig waiting any advise

If you turn the cold control off and it still runs, you have a shorted cold control 2315562
