The oven takes a long time to reach pizza bake temp of 500F. Perhaps 30 min when it use to take 15min. I have replaced the thermostat because at 350 it was not reading 1080 Ohms. There are three heating elements one for bake, one for broil and one around the fan for convection. The top two glow red on bake and broil. I cannot see the element around the fan, however I'm not sure it should come on during normal bake mode. I have also replaced the control board and the symptoms are the same.

Is there any other temp control component that should be checked ?
Should the convection element heat during normal bake mode?

The outer/inner/convect elements are 44,38,25 ohms. The correct elem turns on for bake or broil. During preheat of the convection bake ( up to about 250F ) the outer element is powered. Greater that 250F the outer elem shuts off and the convect elem is powered and the oven temp continues to its set temp.

You seem to be missing several digits at the end of your models number.
Please check it.

You list the resistance for 3 elements (convection and 2 broils).
Have you checked the bake element?

The model number is KERC607HWH4.

There are 2 elements on the top (outer broil and inner broil) and the convection ring on the back. There are no elements on the bottom. The schematic says 4 elements including a bake element but we do not see 4 elements.

We found the bake element going in through the right side and it is burnt out. Thank you for your help.
