My LG LDF6810ST has a slow leak (drip) during wash cycle coming from the bottom left side of the door. Actually water appears to be coming right out of the vent in that location. Given that, I suspect that the casing assembly is not properly or fully closing the vent on the wash cycle. My plan was to replace the casing assembly (5835ED2002D).

Does that sound like a good place to start?

Got information from another site that was very helpful and fixed my problem. Check out: Help! My LG Dishwasher LDF6920ST Is Leaking Water | A Lesson Learned

Also check out: Vent Fan Motor Replacement (part #ABT35083801) - LG Dishwasher Repair - YouTube

The vent valve on the door was not properly functioning, and I had to replace the casing assembly. Basically, during the wash cycle the air vent value was not fully closing, causing the slow leak. Very easy fix with the help of the above links. $43 part.
