Washer spins after the wash cycle, but won't spin in the rinse cycle or spin cycle. This also happens in the second rinse cycle and the permanent press cycle.

Need a hi-res photo of your wiring diagram and timer chart. Old model, can't find it. Should be inside control panel, either folded up tech sheet or pasted to back panel. Control panel may have two screws in back at each end, if not, remove the two end covers and screws are in front behind covers. Panel will swing up and back for access.

Sorry for late reply. Timer and wiring diagram sticker got folded over and most of it is not visible or useable. Took photo of part of timer portion, but unable to upload image. Oddball camera. Will try later with alternate technique, but not sure when. Here are more details on what the Ultra Clean Cycle is doing. Fill-OK. Agitate-OK. 5 second pause. Drain starts, agitator jerks a little, and spin starts will still draining. Drains completely and pump stops. Spin stops after 2 minutes. Nothing for 2 minutes. Rinse fill-OK. Rinse agitates for 4 minutes. 5 second pause. As above, drain starts, agitator jerks, spin starts. Drains completely and pump stops. Spin stops after 2 minutes then immediate water flow for 15 seconds. Nothing for 30 seconds then water flow for 15 seconds. Nothing for rest of cycle. 2nd Rinse Cycle almost similar. Fill-OK. 4 minute agitate-OK. 5 second pause. Drain starts, agitator jerks, and no spin. Drains completely and pump stops. Nothing for rest of cycle. Hope this helps. I'm thinking timer, but want expert help before large cost of timer. Was able to print timer picture and paste it into Word, but the forum couldn't upload because file size was too big. Will continue to work picture issue. Thanks

Unable to download photo. File is too big. Hopefully, my last entry has sufficient info to diagnose the problem. Thanks for the help.

Yes, sounds like timer. If you buy from APP, you may return it if it doesn't fix the problem.
