I believe the noise is coming from the rear drum bearing. I have it disassembled and it appears to be worn.
My question is if I purchase the bearing kit Item number 508 PN AP2619300, does it include all needed parts for the bearing replacement?
Thank you, Rick Smith

Yes it looks like it contains everything you need.

Take a look at the Q&A section when you click on the part's picture or description.

Since you have it ripped apart you may as well give it an overhaul.

I would check the following for wear etc. and replace them as necessary.
All seals, front drum support glides, the belt and the idler wheel.

Give the interior a good cleaning including the blower wheel.
This is also a good time to check/clean your vent system.
