Reading my tech sheet, and following procedures on getting codes I want to make sure i'm reading my codes correct. Holding pause and start buttons to get codes, 5 lights above pause button beeps twice, so first number is 2. Then specs says watch light above start button and count flash's. It flashes twice same as 5 light flashes but no code for E22, have E21-E23 and so on.

One problem with the built in diagnostics is that if the built in diagnostics are broken there is not built in diagnostic to diagnose a broken diagnostic.

Use the tech note to test the critical components (boards and door lock) and make sure the drain and pump are clear of debris. If you don't find anything wrong you could replace the main control unit. If you buy from this site and that is not the problem you can return it.

If you get stuck let us know what the symptoms are that you are having and we may have some other idea.
