Hello all, I have an older Magic Chef range, and I used the self cleaning feature and after it was done, my oven would not heat up above 150 degrees. What I have found is that the element (or the big wire thing that heats up in the bottom of the oven is not connected to the wires on the back of the range. I don't know how to reconnect the wires....can someone help me. Thanks much.

Sorry but I do not understand the problem.
The female connectors on the wires just push on to the male connectors on the element.
Be sure that the unit is unplugged when working on it.

You may have to remove the rear cover of the unit to do this.
