can both elements go out at the same time? the controls work and the convection fan works and the lower oven works. but the top and bottom element on my oven does not get hot. I bake the morning in the afternoon they did not work

Anything is possible but it is unlikely.

I am doing a bit of guessing here as I cannot find a decent wiring diagram.

There is a thermal switch mounted to the back of the oven perhaps it has opened. It looks like it is resettable re the red button on it's back will pop out if it trips.

If not popped then check it with a meter just to be sure it is 0 ohms.

If popped it is a good idea to check the oven sensor to be sure that it did not cause the unit to overheat.

Also check that the cooling fan is working OK.
