Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/29/2013(UTC) Posts: 5		I am looking at a Whirlpool range model# RF386PXGT for a friend. The door is locked whether there is power to it or not, so I assume the lock plunger is frozen. How do I access it without being able to open the door?

Then you will need to replace the latch 9761013 and the clock assembly on the unit to repair it.
