I have a GE GSHS5KGXGCSS and the problem I'm having is the evap fan will not turn on.I replaced the motherboard and the evap fan motor but it still won't turn on.I checked the thermisters and they seem to be in range.Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Update:I checked voltage at the motherboard I think pins J2-4 and pins J2-8 and I'm getting 13 or so volts but at the the plug by the motor I'm getting voltages jumping all over the place.Now I'm really stumped.Is the wiring in the the fridge bad?
