Getting frustrated...it's been a week now and I took the back of dryer off 4 times already. Replaced the heating element and probably all of the thermostats. Checked the breakers in breaker box. Even vacuumed out the inside blower area. Tested with digital multimeter many times. When I replaced the high heat thermostat, I used the red jumper wire and connected the existing orange wire to it since the new high heat thermostat did not have the right size connection for the orange wire. Went to two different appliance parts places more than once. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Open small panel at top center rear of dryer. Check for 240vac between two outside terminals of the connection block. With dryer unplugged, check that those terminals are tight and there is no burning or melting of wiring and terminals there. If all is good, with dryer still unplugged, open control panel and disconnect red wire from timer. Turn timer on and check resistance between terminals BK and R. Should be 0 (zero) ohms with meter on lowest resistance scale. If good, make sure disconnected red wire is not touching anything. Plug dryer back in and start it. Check for 120vac between disconnected red wire and timer WB terminal. If nothing there, heat circuit is open. Which parts did you replace besides heater coil? Provide photo of hi-limit thermostat and how orange wire is now connected.
