Possibly one of you have seen this problem before and could help. I have a Bosch Ascenta (series she4am12uc) that will fill with water and then run for 3 seconds and then stop. I downloaded the tech manual for it and tried to do some troubleshooting but my tests results don’t make any sense. I suspect that one of the pumps is bad because if I lift up on the safety float the pump will only run for a second or two, but not any longer. In the past if I lifted up on the float the pump would drain the bottom of the dishwasher. I’ve checked the pump impellor to make sure it turns freely, and I have vacuumed out the reservoir that the pump is in to see if that would help (it didn’t). Anybody seen this before and know of a fix or what to replace? Thanks in advance your replies!

Just a update - when I run a fault dianostics test following the repair manual I get a steady "Clean" light and a flashing "Sanitized" light which per the manual states that there is no failure.
