Hello. I have a GE profile that is about 8 yrs old and started noticing the freezer temp would rise to about 16-19 . I had someone come check it out and they said it's the evaporator fan. Is that possible?? Could it be something else?? Thanks:confused:

If the evaporator fan is not running, but the compressor and condensing fan are, you will need a new evaporator fan motor and motherboard.
