Our 2.5 year old Whirlpool dishwasher is cleaning the dishes, but not drying them. I have made sure the Jet Dry is topped up, but everything is still coming out wet. How do I diagnose the issue and ultimately fix this?

Sounds like your heating element in the bottom has gone bad that actually dries the dishes. But it is controlled by the main board. Need to look up model number online to check what actually controls the element. some are a push button type and others are digital.
