Unit runs continuously, fridge at 50, freezer at 20, this a complete change,

from when fridge was at 35 most of the time. I am taking apart the back inside

panel of the fridge. Already cleaned under neath unit. Please advise.

Here are your parts
Parts for GE GTS22KBPBRCC Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com

What is on and what is not?

Is the evaporator/freezer fan running?
is the condenser/compressor fan running?
Is the compressor running?
Is it on all the time, off or cycling?

You can usually hear when the compressor is on but also should be able to feel it vibrating.
