Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/5/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		One by one, the buttons on my Neptune FAV6800AWQ stopped working and one by one we lost use of either a cycle choice or column of Optional Settings. Now the Start/Pause button doesn't work and it will not start at all. The button presses still feel normal (a solid click when pressed) but there is just no response to some of them. Is the problem in the buttons themselves (the LED panel)? Or is it the control board? Or perhaps the ribbon cable? How do I test?
