so ive been looking on the forum and have found similar issues but i am lost when it comes to figuring out which part it is

my fridge is not cool while my freezer is fine. it does look like there is frost built up on the back slits of the freezer. i just put the fridge through forced defrost by way of the temperature control.

do i need to clean out the frost in the back of freezer or just let it do its forced defrost so i can move to the next level in trouble shooting?

thanks in advance
