Merry Christmas everyone,

We have a whirlpool oven wfg520s0as, a gas oven. It heats up to the selected temperature just fine, but then it will cool down way too low before relighting. We have noticed that our food doesn't cook properly. Recently what I have been doing is setting the oven and letting it heat to the selected temperature, then ill wait 5 or so minutes and before it re-lights ill press Cancel, then press Start again. By doing this it will say the current temp as it heats up to the set temp. These are the recorded numbers my wife has written down just today:

SET TEMP - Current temp when to oven was "restarted"
250 - 155
250 - 170
250 - 190
275 - 195
275 - 200

As you can see it will cool down around 75 degrees before re-heating. We have searched all over the Internet and cannot find a way to make the oven relight sooner before getting so cool. Any recommendations?
