Agitator works slow and basket won't spin. Lid switch works. Timer switch works in all modes (basket won't spin in any mode). Fills and pumps out water correctly.

If it wasn't for the slowness of the agitator I would say it is the clutch.

Take off the cabinet and by pass the lid switch and put it on spin. See if the clutch housing which is above the transmission is turning. If it is try replacing the clutch lining, although that would not improve the agitation, which may be a dogs problem.

If the clutch housing is not turning it is probably the transmission.
