My freezer is warm about 20 degrees F and my frozen food is thawing; the main food compartment is 18 degrees F and less in the bottom drawer and my food is freezing. i have reached the limits on the control settings. Any suggestions?

Remove the freezer back panel and see if the evaporator coils are heavily frosted.
