My LG dishwasher does not dry the dishes at the end of the cycle. I am usually pretty good at diagnosing problems but this higher tech stuff is getting a little more complicated. Maybe if I understood how the dry cycle works it would make things easier. It appears that the heating element is okay because I checked the resistance and it was what the tech sheet said it should be. The tech sheet also shows a test for the fan and wax motor?

If it matters it also started making a very high pitched(not loud) squeal.
Doesn't sound like a bearing, more electronic sounding. Not at the same time the dry cycle stopped working.
