control panel reads F2E3 and then goes to 0 degrees CAL.Turn off power and the time shows and the switches to the same error code again

Looks like your error is a shorted key.
Could also be a bad control board.

To check this unplug the unit.
Disconnect the keypad/control panel from the control board.
Plug it back in.
If you get the same error then it is the control board.

If error changes to F3E0 then it is probably the keypad.
At least your odds of getting the right part is better.

Sometimes a key can be unstuck by heating it up with a hair dryer.
Also sometimes freezing the control panel will un-stick a key.
