This is a double oven. The upper oven broiler unit is not working, but the bottom heating unit of the upper oven is working.
We took the broiler unit from the upper oven and exchanged it with the lower oven one to see if this unit was broken. The broiler unit works fine in the lower oven, and the good broiler unit from the lower oven does not work in the upper oven.
When I turned the broiler on, it shows as "on" on the front panel and there is even the click as if it turns on.
When we check the two wires coming from behind the oven to the upper broiler unit, it shows no electricity.
Everything else works fine on both ovens and the front panel.
So what would be our next step ? Somewhere I saw that the first thing was to check the thermal circuit breaker??? Where is that?
Second it said to check the relay ???
