The piece that is the inside of the front of the dryer has cracked and is catching (and destroying) clothes and especially tablecloths The broken part is essentially the front of the chamber where the clothes dry. It appears to be some sort of hard plastic.

The part does not seem to be available anywhere I have looked, and I can't even find a part number. So I have two questions: (1) does anyone know where I could find this part and if I found it, could it actually be installed and (2) does anyone know how I could repair this - is there a product that would repair the crack, stand up to the heat of the dryer and not destroy clothes?

Thanks!
