The serial # is XR3403411 none of the buttons on the control panel work. I have reset the power multiple times resulting in no change. The clock shows the time but as I said none of the buttons work. Please see the photo below. Can you tell me which part and appliance # needs replacing please? Thanks so much! IMG_0786.JPG
