Hubby had pen in pocket when putting clothes in dryer. Now ink is going onto every load I do. I tried wiping out the drum, but in the back there seems to be a black piece and it looks like it has reflectors or something on it. But when i got that piece wet with a rag, ink or something black ran out of it. How do I get this off or get the ink out of the dryer? Please help fast..I have 2 loads of wet clothes that I can't dry.:(

The best solution is to take the dryer apart and replace the rear seal (#66 on the diagram) and the front seal (#38 on the diagram).

- The rear seal Part number: AP3094267
