I have a Spacemaker XL1800 that stopped heating last night. It does not make any strange noise but the food does not heat at all. I do not think I hear the click on and off for the heating unit.

Would this likely be the magnetron even if I do not hear the clicking on and off? The magnetron has a 5 year warranty but I have to pay for labor. GE is charging $80 for them to come out to take a look (and would be applied to the final bill).

Thank you!
