Reset float, Checked door switch, changed out both board and panel (had spares), checked for broken wires in harness (especially where door opens). Touch Panel does not even light up although it has power. Maybe I ohmed out door switch incorrectly? Please help. Thanks!

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

I doubt it is a door switch.
You said that the control panel has power. It gets it's power from the control board and if either switch is bad then power is killed to the control board.

Are you sure that the spare panel and board you had were good?

You could try to get into diagnostics.
