So my fridge was warm and freezer just fine. Weeks before, the diffuser had been making popping sounds. The evap fan is fine. Last night (12/4/13) I replaced the diffuser and the thermister that is located in the freezer. Still not getting cool air in the fridge. One thing I noticed after the install is if I just crack the freezer door, the cool air does flow into fridge through diffuser. Another note is that there appears to be another thermister in the fridge (and I did not change that one). Any ideas what my problem is?

Thanks

Should I change both thermisters? The diffuser still does not open. I changed the thermister that is in the freezer. Should I also change the thermister that is located in the fridge?
