I have a Roper Washer RAX4232KQ0 that isn't spinning clothes completely dry. I replaced the block a week ago thinking that was the problem and it didn't fix the problem. Now I'm guessing the problem might possibly be the coupling or clutch instead. With a full normal load or small load it spins really slowly therefore leaving the clothes overly wet. To further elaborate on the problem with spinning clothes dry it will only spin 1 or 2 articles of clothing at a time dry and not a full load or even a small load. Your advice is greatly appricated.
Thanks,
Steve

You most likely need to replace the clutch but I would check the condition of the motor coupler first.

fairbank56 Eric I checked the Direct Drive Washer Motor Coupling and the arms & the hockey puck all look like brand new so I am assuming the Clutch Assembly is bad? Is there anyway to check the Clutch Assembly?
Thanks,
Steve
