Getting the F10 error; oven reaches steel-forging temperatures, flashes F10 and I'll flip the breaker off. Oven powers up OK without error, preheats and seems to be fine - then we get the error and runaway heat again. (No error code while pre heating).

I've read enough to know first step is meter the sensor probe. Do I need to pull the oven to get this out? (It's still too warm to mess with the probe.)

If the probe is good, how do I ID the wires from the control to check resistance of wiring (or do I check the wiring at the probe, not the panel)?

And if the EOC has to go, on this model is it just the clock/timer assembly, or another part? And is there any resource to getting the panel off, removing the part. etc? And will I need to replace the overlay graphic button-panel (and will this be a no brainer when the thing's taken apart)?

Thanks a million for any advice (and all the great posts here!)
