Need the service manual for the dishwasher mentioned in subject line.

Also, my client is using Cascade dishwashing detergent tabs. She claims the dishwasher's not cleaning the dishes. Before doing the service call, I had her run a couple of cycles with vinegar and one with bleach. Once on-site, I did a thorough top-down inspection and found a few, trivial items of concern, but nothing major. She says she rinses the dishes beforehand, but I suspect she rinses and then lets the dishes sit awhile before the washer is full. Comments? Suggestions? Feedback?
